Number 1136: Walt Kelly's Easter With Mother Goose

This Easter comic from 1949, issue #220 of Dell's Four Color series, is intended for small children. Its creator, Walt Kelly, proved once again that he could draw for the very young, as well as the older, hipper audience he later gained with Pogo.

I'm showing you about half of the comic's 52-pages. Maybe I'll re-visit it next Easter.

The gift in Easter With Mother Goose is the delight of looking at Walt Kelly's artwork.
